Clinical Nutritionist · Certified Personal Trainer · Precision Health Specialist
Danielle brings a rare blend of clinical training, metabolic science, and realworld performance coaching to VitalMetrics. With a Bachelor of Science in Medical Nutrition Therapy and Food Science from Georgia Southern University, she developed a deep understanding of human cellular pathways, nutrient biochemistry, and the metabolic systems that drive longterm health. Offering her clients nutritional education and nutritional plans on a more molecular level. Her food science background includes studying how nutrients interact with cellular biology, how supplements are formulated and compounded, and how food–drug interactions influence health outcomes.
In addition to her clinical foundation, Danielle earned her NASM certification in a university setting and has spent nearly two decades training individuals across every fitness level — from collegiate athletes and tactical professionals to seniors focused on longevity and functional strength. Her personal athletic résumé includes Ironman triathlons, marathons, Tough Mudders, Marine challenges, and CrossFit competitions.
Danielle has served as a clinical nutritionist for the state, supporting prenatal women, infants, and children, and providing breastfeeding counseling. She later transitioned into private practice within HRT and wellness clinics, helping clients connect nutrition, hormones, and metabolism to achieve better aging.
Today, Danielle’s mission is simple: to help people understand their bodies, optimize their metabolism, and take control of their health journey with clarity, confidence, and sciencebacked strategy. PrecisionDriven Metabolic Health for People Who Want to Perform, Age, and Live Better.

— Danielle Harper · Clinical Nutritionist · Founder Begin Your BlueprintVitalMetrics was never designed to replace your doctor, your HRT provider, or your GLP-1 prescription. It was designed to make all of those investments pay off — by pairing them with the exact metabolic and fitness data your body actually needs to respond.
Most people doing everything right are still operating on estimated targets. Estimated calories. Estimated heart rate zones. Estimated metabolic rates based on someone else's body. VitalMetrics removes the estimation entirely — and replaces it with precision.
Explore the ServicesNo protocol before the data. Every new client begins with KORR CardioCoach VO2 and RMR testing — real measurements from your body, not population averages.
History, goals, current medications, lifestyle — all of it matters. Danielle reviews the full picture before she recommends anything, because she knows how much context shapes results.
Nutrition targets, heart rate zones, programming, and where applicable, longevity support — all built from your screening data and reviewed with you directly, not handed to you as a generic PDF.
